Welcome to Flourish 3D Creations! These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website www.flourish3dcreations.com and the purchase of 3D printed products offered through the Site. By accessing the Site or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Please read them carefully.

All products offered on this Site are pre-designed 3D printed items made from PLA+ filament. Customs may be available upon request. Most designs on our site are custom ideas of Flourish 3D Creations, but not all. For custom inquiries, please email us at flourishcreations3d@gmail.com. For any custom designs requested by the customer, the customer warrants they own the rights or have permission to use said design and agrees to indemnify Flourish 3D Creations against any third-party intellectual property claims.

Product descriptions, images, and specifications are for informational purposes only and may be subject to change without notice. Physical colors may vary slightly from screen images due to monitor settings and filament dye-lot variations. Any color changes needed when placing an order can be emailed to flourishcreations3d@gmail.com. Please make sure to email colors immediately after placing an order so Flourish 3D Creations can accommodate said changes.

Wholesale Pricing applies at 60 or more straw toppers and/or keychains. Must be a minimum of 15 Straw Toppers and/or Keychains per design. Wholesale products can be resold individually in your shop for a higher price than paid; however, you may not claim the original designs as your own. Wholesale pricing is subject to change as costs in supplies increase frequently. Any price changes will be noted in advance.

Orders are processed and shipped within 14 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) from the date of payment confirmation. Turnaround time starts the 1st business day after the order is paid in full. If we expect to be over this stated turnaround time for family emergencies, vacations, etc., we will clearly communicate that information on a per-customer basis through email.

Processing time does not include shipping/delivery time. Delays caused by shipping carriers or circumstances beyond our control (e.g., supply shortages, acts of God) are not our responsibility, but we will do our best to keep you informed.

All prices are listed in US Currency and are subject to change without notice as needed. Full payment is required at the time of purchase. Orders will not be processed until payment is received and confirmed. Any false chargebacks placed will get you banned from shopping with Flourish 3D Creations, and a legal case will be pursued for fraud with your local police department.

Orders will be shipped through USPS, DHL Express, UPS, or FedEx. Shipping costs and delivery estimates are provided at checkout. We are not liable for delays or errors caused by third-party shipping services. Once a package leaves Flourish 3D Creations, USPS, DHL Express, UPS, or FedEx assumes responsibility. While we will assist with providing documentation for USPS, DHL Express, UPS, or FedEx claims, Flourish 3D Creations is not responsible for replacing items lost or damaged by the carrier until the claim is resolved.

You are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We are not responsible for lost or undelivered packages due to incorrect addresses. If your package is returned for inaccuracies, the customer is responsible for paying a second shipping charge to reship.

Due to the made-to-order nature of 3D printing, all sales are final. We do not offer returns or refunds. If the product arrives and the colors are inaccurate through the fault of Flourish 3D Creations as discussed (e.g., we send a different color than what was originally confirmed), we will make it right and reship. To discuss any order issues, you must contact us at flourishcreations3d@gmail.com within 2 business days of receiving your order, with photos and a description of the issue.

All content on this Site, including images, product designs, text, logos, and branding, is the intellectual property of Flourish 3D Creations. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our prior written permission.

Please note that colors may vary slightly between the images shown on our website and the final printed product due to filament variations, lighting, screen settings, and the unique nature of the 3D printing process.

Each item is individually 3D printed, which means slight differences between prints are normal. Minor surface variations such as visible layer lines, small bumps, or subtle texture differences are inherent to the printing process and are not considered defects.

We take great pride in producing high-quality prints and carefully inspect each order to ensure the best possible finish.

PLA+ Care: Our products are made from PLA+, a durable thermoplastic. However, it has a low heat resistance. Do not leave products in hot vehicles or near heat sources, as they will warp or melt. Items are NOT dishwasher safe. Hand-wash with cool, soapy water only.

Choking Hazard: Products may contain small parts and are not intended for children.

Food Safety: Our straw toppers are intended for decorative use. While PLA+ is non-toxic, 3D-printed surfaces are porous and can harbor bacteria; users assume all risk regarding hygiene and food contact. We are not responsible for any injury, damage, or loss resulting from the use or misuse of our products.
